Recirculating Pump

New to Colorado, I noticed it take almost three minutes, to get hot water to my shower. In my old home, I had a recirculating hot water pump, that was plumed with three lines, this homes dose not? I have two hot water heaters hooked in what appears to be parallel. I want to install a Grundfos comfort pump, with valves under the cabinets, for faster hot water. Question is, how do you install a pump, on this system, with two hot water heaters hooked up?? Thanks In Advance

You install it on the heater that supplies that faucet, or you use two pumps, one on each heater
