I am installing a full bath in my walkout basement. Initially I was going to install a sewage grinder sump system. Then I thought I may be able to use a rear discharge toilet and skip the whole extra system. One note, below the cement floor and cleanout, there is drainage servicing a clothes washer and utility sink. A couple questions:

1. Can I flush directly into the main at this access?
2. Would I need to tie in additional venting or would the existing system be sufficient?
3. Are there any disadvantages to not just putting in the sewage grinder pump system?
