Sometimes (about once a week) when i get up in the morning. we have no water, and no pressure. When i flip the lever on the pressure switch it pumps up and there is no issues for about a week, and then it does it again. the pressure tank is a year old and is working correctly as i have checked it. the pressure switch is brand new. When i replaced it ,there was no clogs in the little tube leading to the switch. What could it be?

Typically, if you turn the nut on the big spring of a pressure switch clockwise 3.5 turns, that will raise cut in and cut out both by about 10psi. I would consider giving that nut 0.5 turns CW. That will raise the pressure settings by about 1.43 psi. That will make the pressure switch turn on the pump a little sooner.

Why did you install a pressure switch with a Low Pressure cutoff? Is there a concern with the well recovery being too low and therefore potentially running short of water?

If yes, there are better and more reliable pump protection devices.

If no concern with the well water running short, a regular pressure switch will normally be utilized, which will not be prone to nuisance trip outs and therefore, no further need to manually reset.

As was said, low pressure switches are a nuisance. Either you are opening too many faucets, or the overload in the motor is tripping.
The low cutoff can be lobotomized.
