I'm hoping to get some advice or personal experience with the RainDance water systems.https://www.raindancewatersystems.com.
I have had my well water professionally tested and have very high hardness (608.mg/l) and very high sulfates (593 mg/l). All the local softener companies I have discussed with recommend sodium based softener system plus a reverse osmosis treatment for sulfates, either for single faucet or whole house. However, RainDance has a system called Sulfate Eater-125-12 that claims to handle both problems in a single system up to my levels. https://raindancewatersystems.com/sulfate.html#12
I'm looking for any input about this company and reputation, whether such a single system is feasible for both problems (will it actually work )or other factors I should consider to handle both issues. It would require a local plumber to install the system (I'm handy but not that handy) but the price is attractive ($2,549 plus free shipping) . I'm concerned about not having local customer support, although this company seems to have good support. I can't find a lot of independent reviews of this company or the specific system.
Any help will be appreciated.
