I have something i have not heard or seen before,that is my R.O.tank exploded even blowing up my sink does any one know how this happens.I mean this was like a bomb!It could of killed someone.The system has been in place for several years with regular maintenance.All that was done was a day before the filters were changed.Any clues would help thank you.

It's a tank half filled with air. So I could see how it could explode. Being a metal tank though I would think it would just leak. Can you show the result of the explosion with a picture?

The tank was removed before I got back to the scene,so no pictures but I did get some more info;So my farm is on agricultural water,so the pressure is very high and i think prv has gone bad could this be the culprit
