The space I have is limited. So my WC will drop straight to a combo wye & 1/8 bend and connect to a 3x3x2 wye wet vent. I can't do a closet bend that would connect to a sanitary tee then connect to a combo because I don't have the space. I want a CO at the other end of combo, but just want to make sure you can go from flange to combo wye & 1/8.

I prefer to wye over horizontally to the WC and catch it with a 90, but both work. It takes less space to pick up the toilet with a 90 than with a wye and 1/8th bend.

The only reason I wanted to do the combo wye was to have a c/o on the other side. And from what I've found IPC says you can wet vent with 1.5", is that correct? I've heard people say both, you can and you can't. That you need 2".
