Question on boilers

I am having a new home built and my contractor uses Pensotti boilers. How does this oil fired boiler compare with Biasi and would you buy this boiler and why please.

They are very similar indeed. We used to sell a lot of Pensotti's but the supply house that carried them stopped for some reason. We now use Biasi for our low end contractor or price shopper model. It is a very nice, reasonably efficient cast iron, no frills boiler not unlike HB Smith. A good value for the dollar. Try to get it with a Riello burner, it will run quieter.
