I am new to the site here, but have learned quite a bit since I've been lurking! I am hoping someone can help me out: We have a Toto Ultramax 1.6toilet, but it does not have the red flapper that is described here: it has a pale green flapper with a large "spoiler" or perhaps a counter weight opposite the hinge side. Is this an older style flapper that I can replace with the red one that Lowes carries, or must I get the same type that's on it now? The paperwork that came with the toilet says that it's a model MS853113.

Thanks in advance!

Kent

The MS853113 is a regular bowl Ultimate.

The Ultimate used the "spoiler" to slow the flapper down.
The correct replacement is the Blue Flapper.

The MS853113S uses the red flapper.
