New 3/4 Pump last year, worked fine last year. Replaced old pump because foot valve fell onto lake bottom, took in sludge. I have a 50' line and about a 10' rise. It has worked for 40 yrs. Primed (about 25 times) as usual but pressure will not rise above 20? Turn off and on and pressure holds at 20. What's wrong???

Your problem is not priming.

Pressure only building to 20 is normally a clogged jet. Use the search box above, and if you cannot find info on running a coat hanger wire or electrical wire thru the right hole, let us know.
