My toilet is flushing, but not clearing the paper. The bowl completly fills while it should be draining down, then the the tank refills and the bowl almost completly empties. There are no visable leaks, but I can hear water draining down sewage pipe as the bowl empties. Any ideas? Help...

Sounds like a partial clog in the toilet. Keep it simple- start by plunging the heck out it.
If you use any of those bowl cleaning pucks, they are commonly a cause of this, but it could be anything stuck in the toilet trap.
