I am looking for replacement cartridge/stem for a roman bath tub faucet. It doesn't seem to have any brand name on it and I am not sure which brand this faucet is. I see 4208 written on the round metal ring after removing the handle caps (both the cold and hot). Anyone know which brand this faucet is and the new part number needed? Attached few pictures. Appreciate any help

The trim # is QT6
Rough valve was either 0X6-011A or 0X6-120A depending on water volume. Both took stem # 910-310 and the valve seat is # 970-510

Thank you so much for the specification picture. That was really helpful. Attached here close-up pictures of both hot and cold stem from my faucet. Hot handle round metal ring has 4208 on the top and 9 on the lower side of the metal ring. Cold handle round metal ring has 4208 on the top and 1 on the lower side of the metal ring. I am guessing I can remove the stem with a hex nut driver, or do I need any other special plumbing tool? Do I need to remove the round metal ring first before trying to loosen the hex nut? Do you know if both stems are 910-310 only? I see 910-300 also available with Pfister and wondering. Any additional inputs or details would be much appreciated. Thanks again for all the help

It is normally easiest to remove the metal ring first. The plastic ring comes off counter clockwise. Make sure the stem is in the open position. Both stems will be 910-300. Not the 910-310. (Senior moment). No special tools are needed unless you replace the seat.

I have this roman tub faucet and want to update the look. The valve is in good shape. Which spout will fit the valve?

@Marlinman Thanks for posting this. I have the same trim with the acrylic lever handle and want to swap it out with a compatible new trim kit. The valve is inaccessible without major demo which I am trying to avoid. Any suggestions of what new Pfister trim is compatible? The Pfister website was not helpful, nor was their call center. My local plumbing supply shop is looking into it for me. Do you know if either the Arterra or Park Avenue trim kits would fit on the existing installation? Here are some photos in case it helps.
