Plumbing supply and drain over unheated garage

I am building an addition onto my old cottage in northern Michigan. I’m going to attach a garage and finish the upstairs. I would like to add a bathroom above the garage. Is it possible and what is the correct way to plumb the supply lines being that it is all cold space below is this possible? What do you recommend?
