Will there be any significant loss in gpm by using 1" lined compared to 1 1/4" line from pump to pressure tank? Its only going to be used for irrigation. The pump has 1 1/4" outlet. Was gonna run that all the way to pressure tank but everything from there is 1" from tank to sprinklers. Not sure if spending the extra money on the larger pipe size and fittings would gain me any real gpm. When well wa dug they hit water at 65', dug the well down to 80', static pressure it 29' and the well tested at 25 pm.
Thanks for reading, hope it all makes since.

How many gpm does your system demand? Is 25 gpm what the well will give up or what the pump will supply? And at what pressure?
12 gpm at 50 psi is the minimum I need for the irrigation system. I know the pump will do that with 1" or 1 1/4" poly pipe. Just curious it it's worth the money to run 1 1/4 up to pressure tank where it's all 1" after that. The well its self could maintain 25gpm.
