Plumbing double check

Not really doing anything new but wanted to get a confirmation that the previous contractor did the plumbing correctly for a bathroom in the basement before I close up the walls and fill the floor in with concrete. I did have to cut out the old plumbing as the slope was going the wrong way (sloped to the toilet) and replaced it pretty much the way it was. Thanks for taking a look!

I noticed the picture cut off some text. The drain that is coming from the floor above (a small sink) is connected to a vent on the first floor.

No, there is no trap under toilet. Threw the drawing together right before bed.

Also, the 2" horizontal vent from the bar sink to the bathroom sink vent does not actually connect to that 1 1/2 drain coming from the first floor (looks like it might from the diagram).
