Pls solve this mystery...

I have an older has hot water tank and it’s leaking around the plastic trim/bezel that is around the relief valve. I just swapped out the relief valve and it’s still leaking. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

Tank is failing. Heater needs to be replaced.

maybe you need a new heater
