The 3 screws in the cover could imply that is a Bradley, Cole, some Kohlers, etc., which all use the same core.

That's weird.

I tried cole shower and got hundreds of hits. The first page of results seemed mostly relevant.

Have it replaced by a licensed plumber with a MOENTROL and be a hero.
