Please help business tub faucet issue!

Hello,

I just realized that faucet with 3.5 inch centerset faucet is no longer available well at least not near me or anytime soon. But the bathtub has the two holes in it that are 3.5 inches apart. If anyone has a suggestion I would greatly appreciate it. If possible if needs to be asap and it can look crappy if need be. Thank you!

Why not just update it using something like this.

Yes, they don't make those anymore.

The correct replacement would be a single handle, pressure balanced faucet.

Moen TL2368EP Shower trim with a Moen Posi-Temp matched up with a diverter tub spout. This tub spout is from Delta.

so I'd create the third hole. okay will the tool be capable of creating a hole in stainless steel?

Why not just update it using something like this.

If you have access to the back wall, then a standard single handle may be all you need.
Any plumber would call it a fairly simple job.
