Pipe stuck in well.

My pump started to suck sand so I pulled the 1 1/4 inch pipe out and replaced it. My 2 inch casing is 90 feet down so I put the pipe down 80 feet and could not get water so I tried to pull the pipe up to 60 feet but the 1 1/4 pipe will not come up. I tried to pull with a tractor and its not moving. Anyone have any ideas?

Not much room between 1 1/4 pipe and 2" casing. Probably sand locked. Might be able to wash or blow it out while pulling and turning the drop pipe.
