Phylrich faucet, Unknown fixture

Those "B" brands like Phylrich, Artistic Brass, California Faucets tend to use a variety of valve stems.
You most often have to remove the stem, photograph it and shop.
You can post the stem here, including the length in inches and might get a reply.

This is most likely a Phylrich faucet that used Central Brass valves. It has a unusual length. It normally measured just under 5". The stem is available "Cut to fit" splines.
