Hello, first post.
My cartridge has failed and I want to replace it but to my surprise I can’t figure out how to get the handle off. Most faucets usually have a screw hidden behind a plug. But the handle in this one has nothing. I forced it a little counterclockwise but I’m afraid to force if that is not the right method. I have check the manuals of the handle and the 015-4wdx 3way diverter but it’s not clear. Pfister customer service is tough to reach right now. Can anyone answer my question? thanks

It looks like it rotates on and off behind the handle.
