I have a Price Pfister kitchen sink faucet that was leaking from just under the top. The company sent me a replacement inlet line (https://www.amazon.com/Pfister-9710020-Inlet-Line-Marrielle/dp/B002J3H7KC/) which seems to be the only version available, but it is too long. The original I pulled out is 8 inches, and the replacement is 14 inches. I tried inserting it and, as expected, it won't go in all the way. Then I tried putting in the old one (the leak wasn't a deal breaker) and it snapped. What am I missing here? I am a DIYer single mom with three little kids, so not having a kitchen sink is a HUGE problem. Thanks in advance!
