Building a new bathroom above the garage as part of a bonus room. 3/4" PEX currently runs underneath the new bathroom, hot and cold, to feed the utility sink in the garage.

My plan is to tee off these lines and run separate 1/2" PEX lines to the tub/shower valve, toilet, and lav (using separate tees or multi-port tees). Pressure in our house is excellent.

Does this sound like an adequate plan?

Half inch is fine for a bathroom assuming the rest of the house is adequately sized. If its just the bathroom and utility, then its just fine.

Hey, wait a minute.
