The usual is to turn on the water, and look for leaks.
Well or city water (doesn't matter that much).

Air pressure testing is for when water is not usable.

I am not a plumber.

Air volume changes quite a lot with temperature change so water is probably more reliable.

Unless you damaged the tubing and followed the proper technique for fittings, filling with water and a through visual check after a delay should be all you need.
