Got this pedestal sink in the B Rm, has a Pegasus unit on it with separate H&C knobs/handles.
Was here when I bought the place
Just started:
When the cold is on the hot leaks/seeps slowly from under the handle. Doesn't leak from under the cold or when only the hot is on.
Seems weird some type of back flow valve in there?
Thought I could tighten something under the hot handle but can't get the handle off, no set screw nothing. Think it some type of pressure fit. Didn't want to force it.
Think its been in there for 15 years.
I got old can't fit under there to check things out and when I do, CSS aka "cant see S#!T"
Any input/suggestions would help.
