Darn spellcheck it is an Oatey 48471 flange.
Good morning all, I am installing a flange on a concrete floor and the pipe is 3” cut flush with the concrete floor. I have an Oatey 48471 flange that will go outside the pipe however due to a lip inside the flange it will not go flush to the concrete. My flooring is only 7mm so it would still be lower than the flange being down to the concrete.
My question is should I cut the pipe 1/2 inch lower than the concrete floor to make the flange go all the way down or should I be looking for a different flange?
Thanks in advance.
