Replacing an outside leaky faucet. Problem is the piping coming off the house is ~7/8inch (I tried both half inch and 1 inch just to try). They do not sell outside faucet in a 7/8inch so I started looking for an adapter but really having no luck on that front. Could someone link an adapter or give me other options that might work?

Thanks so much!
Garrett

Sounds like a 3/4" nipple to me. If you measure the ID of the opening, if it's 3/4", then you have a 3/4" pipe.

Take the old one to the plumbing store and try threading it on various pipe fittings to find out what fits.

If it's a frost-free device, that part left in the wall may not be standard. Doesn't look like it, but your hand is covering most of it up.
