Outdoor faucet seems to only have a “female” adapter instead of a “male” one that would allow me to attach a hose. It used to have one but it popped off. Pic attached gives more details. Can I get an adapter so I can hook up a hose? Or do I need another type of repair?

With a pair of channel lock pliers, turn the old vacuum breaker counter clockwise. The old set screw should break and it will come off. Under it will be a normal spigot
