And we need a replacement part (hahaha) or a new tank. We prefer tankless. I've spent hours looking for parts but can only find a company in Boston with any on their website. None of the parts available appear to be the one that is leaking on our heater. It's not the Mixing Valve.

Can anyone help? I can't find a part lists anywhere to identify what this part is to even start to research it.

Any thoughts on a replacement tank? We have really enjoyed this type of water heater and would be in the market to buy a comparable item.

Thank you in advance for your help!
