Old Shower Stall - Would like to add a hand held shower head

I have a small shower (only) stall in a bathroom that is original from the mid 1950s.

I would like to ass a hand held shower head.

What brands are recommended and what should I stay away from?

We've had this one from Costco for a few years now. It's a waterpik, and has a flow adjuster (2 positions). If I recall, I removed the water restrictor but you can leave it in if you want. Pretty happy with it.
