Greetings,

I am thinking about using the oaty twist'n set flange for my updated bath. Vinyl down now but if I want to do tile later, the twist'n set will give me a nice option to change the height without spacers.

Held it in my hand and it looks pretty good.

The bathroom is above a lower level finished space so no leaks are cirtical. When I set the flange it will sit on top of the new vinyl which sits on 1/4 inch underlayment.. I imagine trying to do tile later wiithout removing thie flange would be quite a nightmare.

If anyone has some results, good or bad to share that would be great..

Thanks in advance.
