Hello everyone, I’m doing a remodel of a condo that was built late 70s or early 80s and am trying to ID this cartridge. The handle was a Mixet but the nicer mixet handle does not fit and the replacement mixet cartridge has a thinner white cap not black.

I went to thier site does the no mix work better ? i see they have a seat remover and looks like you can rebuild the body of the valve as well? might come in handy rather than changing entire valve if its a good system
I wouldn't say better just differently. I would stay with the factory cartridge unless there is a blending issue or valve seat erosion.
