Water pressure gauge is reading zero - Replaced the pressure switch and control box-still no water or water pressure

1. Is the pump down the well (submersible)?
2. What AC voltage do you read between terminals 2 and 3 of the pressure switch?
3. What AC voltage do you read between terminals 1 and 4 of the pressure switch?

1- Yes, the pump is submersible.
2- & 3- between 238-241

You have established that the problem is after the pressure switch.

Next check output of the control box. Should be about 240 across black and yellow. Some other high voltage between red and yellow.
Main winding - yellow to black; Start winding - yellow to red

You could check currents with a clamp around ammeter, or open the breaker and measure resistances. Expect very low black-yellow and higher, but still low, red-yellow.

Could be a bad pump motor or bad connection/wire.

We changed the pump out and it worked fine for a couple hours and then the pressure dropped.

A couple of hours? Are you irrigating and running the well dry?

No, just normal household use. There is quite a bit of sediment coming up so we were watering the plants outside and noticed the drop in pressure-it is sporadic

Could be well running out. Maybe let the well recover for a while, and then water the plants some more.
