Last week my pipes froze, there was a leak, I stopped the leak (thanks to the great advice on here), and now I have no hot water running to my bathtubs.
Actually I have no water at all coming from the pipes when I turn on the hot. The cold still works fine. The hot water still comes to kitchen sink, dishwasher, the bathroom sinks, but not to my 2 bathtubs. The supply to the areas that still have hot water are from steady small stream to full stream.
The weather has warmed up here for the second day and I have had no issue with the cold since I fixed the leak. There are no other leaks as far as I can see. I have an electric water heater, but since the rest of the house is still getting hot, I don't think it is that.
I am totally lost of what is going on and who I would even call if I could call. And of course if I can fix it myself....I would prefer that.
With that said I am not a great handywoman...but I follow directions VERY well...so if it is a simple fix (I hope) then I can do it! Thank you!!
