Hello I am a maintenance man for a hotel chain and I'm running into an issue where drains from the second floor to the first floor I don't have a big enough hole or space to get underneath to be able to tighten the compression fitting to the the shower pan the pipe to the pipe is no problem but it leaks around every time around the the flange in the pan but I can't get underneath it to tighten what am I supposed to use to get this done I'm running into this a lot lately underneath is a big cement slab that's about 3 ft thick and there's a hole that the pipe runs through that's the only access I have to be able to get to the bottom of the drain once I get the drain out of the shower pan there's not enough room for me to get the part that you screw into through that hole either so I don't know if there's some kind of something special you guys do or I just need help
