I am under IPC in Florida. My only constraint is the existing 4" main house sewer line 17" below flooring in mobile home. I can change anything else at this point - this is all new construction.

New 4" toilet branch line is 9' long to tie in to the house sewer line. This is below joists, so there are no obstructions along the length.

On the vertical drop from the toilet flange, I will have an upside down 3" sanitee, draining a 3" vent from a TTR less than 4' away.

Above the toilet branch to the TTR stack, there will be another upside down sanitee (3x3x2) bringing in a shower drain, and above that a cleanout. (I didn't see anything in IPC about branching in to a VERTICAL toilet DWV, only horizontal taps are prohibited - right?)

The 3" vent is required by a total of 5 dfu in the wet vent (IPC 912.3), but can go back to 2" where it is only a dry vent, right?

Am I using the SaniTee's correctly?

Did I miss anything?

(Please ignore the more complicated picture attached - the website doesn't allow my deleting the first version, before I figured out to tie into the vertical drain from the toilet.) (And v2 pic, before I figured out the wet/dry vent change.)
