Putting in a new sink and the drain/ p trap sits higher. The wall is partially open. Below is a crude sketch of what I am proposing to do. I have a couple of questions. It appears that the p trap would sit above the drain line, would this create a siphon? Secondly, is there a fitting where the back to back 90s are located that would jog the drain line up lowering the distance from the stub to the main drain section allowing the p trap to be below the drain. I have access to where the back to back 90s are located. If there is no right way to do this, I could possibly look into modifying the sink base.

Instead of venting where you drew, make the upper 90 a sanitary tee. Run the "stub" into the side port. Run the vent to the top port.

You will need an AAV after the p-trap, or find a way to plumb it correctly.

The trap arm can't be bent upward It can grade at a 2% slope, or 1/4" per foot for 42".
