New Shower P-Trap Issue?

All, I'm a DIY homeowner who lives in the boonies. I've done a lot of my own plumbing in my home of 38 years, including installation of a pressure tank, washer heater, toilet changes, and a water softener. My plumbing is almost all CPVC. The house was built around 1976.

I recently had a bathtub-to-shower remodel done by a national company. I think they did a great job. But I'm having issues with the shower p-trap getting sucked dry after 3 toilet flushes. The shower is in the 2nd floor bathroom. There's also plumbing in the basement.

I've 'typically' only had this problem in the past when the vent stack on the lower roof would get covered with snow or iced up internally. There's no snow on the roof right now. But it has been around 0° and lower for many days in Iowa. For the heck of it, I do have a Sewer Skewer XL coming as a try at a quick solution.

I've also been up on my roof last summer and ran a garden house down it when I was concerned that there might be a dead bird or leaves in the stack. But the water never backed up. And with no water anywhere in the house, I'm assuming it was working properly.

It's a small stack that's on the lower level of the roof. The upstairs toilet and shower are quite a bit higher than the vent stack is. I have no idea how it's all connected. I also have a basement toilet and sink, along with the washer and water softener. There's no issue with any water backup from any of that.

I've attached a photo of their drain work. My old P-trap was lower I believe. I'm also showing the only roof vent stack that's above my kitchen window.

Question ... do you see any issues with the height of their P-trap in relation to the toilet outlet? Should it be lower to keep more water in the trap?

Or is there another issue concerning the venting?

Be kind ... I know the water line plumbing behind the toilet outlet looks like crap.
