I have a shallow well pump it's been running for about a month and a half it's used as a temporary situation hooked up to a 300 gallon water tank that is disconnected and refilled every couple days... while the tank is out off water the pump is physically unplugged from power and it's never without water for more than a few hours each time... the issue is its started leaking around the main gasket. When I reconnect it to the water it leaks alot but after about 5 minutes it's all but stops... is this normal should I return it, try to fix it, or not worry about it? Attached is a picture of where and how its leaking
