New navien NCB 210E with error code 003

Hello everyone, Im new here. I just installed a Navien NCB 210 E and about every fourth day, in the morning it throws a 003 error code. Unit is brand new, just installed on June 18th. First incident was June 22nd, now today the 26th. After a few hours I reset it and it works just fine.. any ideas??
