Hello all,

I have a pond. I like to fill the pond at night with a timer which means leaving the hose bib valve open and letting the timer open and shut as it will. This has never been a problem in the past till I got new hose bibs with a back flow preventer. It wouldn't work with the timer. It would spew water around the connection. Is there a way to do this? My new hose bibs have these back flows built in and I can't just unscrew them.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
