I will be building a new home shortly (starting this afternoon) and thought I would get input on the basement DWV layout. I do need an ejector pump which is on the layout, everything will be either 4" or 2" pipe. The basement is plumbed for a laundry, a future full bath, and a utility sink. there are also 3 drains and one stand pipe for water treatment and HVAC. I am on a Septic and Well.

Any thing unclear, feedback or questions let me know.

Thanks!

IT shows us HOW you intend to run the pipes, but NOTHING about how you intend to make any connections or vents. To do that we would need an isometric drawing. Is this a DIY project?

Fixtures will need to be vented and trapped.

Correct, the basement is unfinished, I want to make sure what I am putting in Concrete is correct before it is, well in concrete. I will get the isometric up later, having issues getting the size low enough and still getting it uploaded.

I want to make sure that the sizes, fittings, and angles that I have for the runs in the slabs are correct. I will have more coming for the first floor where I need to work with the venting and connections.

Thanks.
