New Bathroom plumbed with crooked toilet drain - what is too crooked?

So this was just installed today. It seems way crooked to me when I saw it. Will this be a problem when installing the toilet? Or does it not matter? I'm not a plumber, but it seems like this it a terrible job.

Am I expecting too much? The concrete is still wet so digging it out now would be preferable to a jackhammer in a couple of days.

It will be cut and the flange glued in. I think you're okay. If nothing else, the wax will make up the difference. Though I'm guessing that the flange will meet the floor when done and secured.
