I have just completed my new bathroom and discovered great flow from the cold water on the bathroom sink and shower.
The supply of cold water was "Tee'd" just in front of the cold water line entering the hot water tank and feeds just the new sink and shower.
That is the good part.
The supply of hot water was "Tee'd" just after the hot water line leaves the hot water tank and feeds just the new sink and shower.
The pressure is substantially lower. On a fill test at the sink the hot was almost double the cold time to fill.
All the other fixtures have equal hot an cold pressure....far end of the house and upstairs baths too.
I have checked for kinks in lines...nothing...
I have upped my well pump pressure from 20-40 to 30-50....nothing
I removed the hot water supply line at the valve under the sink and used the cold to flush out the hot side.....nothing..
Any and all help is very much appreciated..
The dream bathroom for my wife on the main floor is not there yet....Help...
Thanks Tony
