new bathroom and mud room remodel

so here is my current situation - i have a 3" wye combo at the end that is supposed to take a 3" sanitary tee - except now after gluing everything to that point when i put the san tee on it's to high and the pipe going to the toilet even with a regular 90 is above grade level - i've racked my brain and cannot come up with a code approved way to make this happening - any help would be appreciated
