I need help determining the manufacturer and where to purchase/replace parts.

Thanks.

It would help if you could measure the total length of the stems and the diverter. What is the shape of the broach? Is it round or square or what. It would help if you could take the handle off and count the splines on the broach when you take the handle off. Count either the valleys or the ridges.

It looks more like Central Brass but you would need the total length and spline count to know for sure. I can't tell for sure from your picture.

It may be best for you to take them to a plumbing supply so they can match them up.

I tried to remove the handles but that's not happening.

All the diverters I see online have a rubber washer on the end. Mine doesn't have a washer. Is it just that worn down?

What about the CEN5009 stem in the ARPNY link? Maybe it is more like yours.

Your first two pictures seem to have a seal at the bottom that the following pictures do not.

The first two photos are of the hot stem. I had to double up the washers because the threads are worn and slipping.

The second two photos are the diverter, which I am having a hard time finding.
