Need recommendations for a toilet that has 3" of clearance for heater

My head is spinning from days of research and I just need to ask the experts. I have a heating register behind my toilet that takes up 3" and that eliminates most toto options. I just don't like the look of the aquia models and the way they mount to the floor.

I have a 12" rough in, am looking for a standard height elongated bowl, and most importantly, a bowl that flushes and cleans well. I've seen some other threads about this and they all seemed pretty old. Was wondering if there is any updated info about this issue with newer models.

The American Standard Cadet 3 standard height elongated has 4" behind the bowl.

Thanks for the advise, hope I don't have any of those leaking tank problems I've read some people have.
