Need Help with Hydraulically Controlled Irrigation System

Condo association with old hydraulically controlled irrigation system in
Vancouver Washington. System has 8 to 10 zones. one zone leaking when
system is off and one zone inoperative. Need good reliable resource for
maintenance work.

The zone that is leaking when off probably has a leak in the hydraulic control line. The zones that don't work are probably control valve problems. Very few hydraulic controls systems left. You should consider changing to electric valves even if you have to use battery operated timers at each zone.
