Need help with flooded bathroom 1 hour after shower

The bathroom in basement gets flooded approx 1 hour after a shower. The floors are soaked, what could this issue be and why does it not show up right away?

Any help or advice is much appreciated

Try playing a garden hose into the base of the shower. See if water appears on the floor. The purpose is to distinguish if the water is coming from a problem at the base vs an alternative.
