Need help in identifying faucet & how to disassemble

Hi

We have a bathroom faucet and the hot water handle is leaking - think it just needs a new catridge - but can't figure out how to take apart to get at - there is no name on any of the pieces - any help would be appreciated - the bathroom has Hansgrohe & Grohe in the shower & tub - so, I'd imagine its' a higher end faucet - I've searched & searched online and can't find - thanks in advance for any assistance!

If it has a "triangular" handle, it may be Grohe, in which case it just pulls off, except it takes a hard pull to do it.

Grohe is miserable stuff and in my experience, hard to find parts for.
