I have an OLD (late 80's) Delta single handle tub/faucet shower that was leaking. I ordered a new Delta kit and when I took it apart the new Delta rundle/cartridge is much larger than the original and will not fit into the opening.

At this point, I would be ok just replacing this leaking cartridge and putting the original handle back on instead of new lever style if I have no other options.

Can anyone ID this original part and/or point me in the right direction to get it replaced?

Thank you soooooo much!
Heather (single mom/handywoman) haha
